One of the only homes on Lake Chatuge that comes with a full private fleet — a Luxury Tri-toon, paddle boards, kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat — tied up at your own dock. (Note: Chatuge water levels run low from mid-September to the first week of May, so tri-toon docking pauses in the off-season.) The home is three levels of gathering space — two kitchens, one kitchenette, three family rooms, a game room, nine bedrooms, and six full bathrooms. The rear porches and terrace-level deck open to long views of Chatuge and the Blue Ridge foothills.
