Is direct booking really cheaper than Airbnb or Vrbo?
Yes — the nightly rate is the same, but booking direct skips Airbnb’s ~14% and Vrbo’s ~12% guest service fee. The compare section on each property page shows the exact difference.
Can I come see a property before I book?
When either home is unoccupied, we’re happy to arrange a 30-minute walkthrough. Email us with your availability.
Do you allow weddings or ticketed events?
No — county zoning doesn’t permit ticketed events at either home. Family reunions, retreats, and private parties up to the home’s max capacity are welcome.
Are the homes pet-friendly?
Yes at both homes, with a per-pet deposit added at booking. We’ll coordinate specifics during reservation confirmation.
What if I need to cancel?
Full refund 60+ days before check-in, 50% refund 44–59 days out, no refund inside 44 days. The policy is written in full on every property page.
How do I get the keys?
We meet you at the door — no automated key-box. One of us greets every arriving guest and walks you through the house’s systems.
