Sleeps 15 8 bedrooms 13 beds 9 baths 9,200 sq ft

Bellissimo Castle is one of the only homes on Lake Lanier that comes with its own on-site water fleet — two luxury tri-toons, a custom wake boat, two Sea-Doo jet skis, a paddle boat, kayaks, and paddleboards — all tied up at your private dock. (Boat and jet-ski rental fees apply.) Three levels of living stretch across 9,200 square feet. The top floor is a full primary suite. The main level opens into a family room with fireplace, a kitchen and dining area seating 22. An elevator drops you to the terrace level, which holds the game room and six more bedrooms. Outside, a Side-by-Side ATV shuttles guests between the dock and the recreation field. There's a pool with an 8-person hot tub, sauna, and covered patio with fire-pit table.

Three generations under one roof for my mother's 70th. The tri-toon and wake boat rentals made the week. David walked us through the whole house on arrival.

Winter leadership offsite with 12 people. The rooftop bar at night was unreal — fire pit going, looking out over the lake.

Sauna, hot tub, and three interior fireplaces made this feel like a retreat even in January.

Our third stay — the direct booking was smoother than Vrbo and we got a better rate. David remembered us.

Hosted my sister's engagement weekend here. 14 of us spread across 8 bedrooms, nobody felt cramped.

Came for fall foliage. The ATV made hauling coolers down to the dock effortless.
